WeCookier's generally carries a no-return no-refund policy for Shop Gotta-havs!

If you do have a problem and need to return an item due to damage, there is a two-week window in which to return it. As long as the item is returned in that time frame, the item will be exchanged for another of the same product, as long as it is still in stock.  If it is no longer in stock, you will receive a full refund minus any discounts you received.

However, please note, WeCookiers cannot be held responsible for damage due to carriers. Once the shipment leaves WeCookiers, it is out of our hands.

Entitlement to a Refund

Once we receive the item and review it, you will be sent either an exchange or you will be credited by the method you used for the purchase within 24 hours. The full cost will be returned unless you used a discount code.
