WeCookier's carries a no-return no-refund policy for Shop Gotta-havs! However, if there is a problem and you need to return an item due to it being defective, the item will be exchanged for another of the same product.

Please note, WeCookiers cannot be held responsible for damage due to carriers. Once the shipment leaves WeCookiers, it is out of our hands.
